Our church functions through 4 pillars of ministry - WARM
Worship - Worship is centered on glorifying the Lord as the body of Christ, as ourselves, the local expression of Christ as the English congregation at SGA. It is most often known as the Sunday Worship Service, but is also what we do throughout the week when we personally connect with God as well as what we do in each meeting as we give thanks and share what God is doing in our lives.
Apprenticeship - Apprenticeship is building into others through activity like mentorship, common relationships, classes, courses and the Sunday morning Christian Education classes. (Ephesians 4:11-16) We value building into people so we can become mature in their faith and serve others effectively.
Relationship - Relationship is our connection with each other where we can pray for each other, share each others burdens and needs, successes and joys and walk with each other to see these through as the body of Christ. (Hebrews 10:23-25) We have small groups that meet regularly for people of all life stages.
Mission - Jesus Christ came with a mission and goal (Isaiah 63:1-2, Matthew 28:18-20). We as a church also have a mission and goal. We are here to see people come to faith and grow in their relationship with God. Mission to us means to go out and make disciples of all nations and build them to be mature followers of Christ, equipped for works of service for the Lord.
